Don’t allow self-doubt to be what holds you back.
It is so very normal to be riddled with self-doubt — every human is. It doesn’t mean anything has gone wrong and it doesn’t mean that you can’t still show up and take the next right step towards your goal. You can learn the skill of holding your self-doubt and still showing up and taking courageous action.
And a note on goals — if you’re working towards a goal make sure you are APPRECIATING yourself. You’re creating something for the first time, and likely doing deep work on your beliefs.
